What you will do:
As the Application Support Analyst, your primary responsibility lies in managing specific core applications whilst nurturing key stakeholder and vendor relationships. Your scope will include:

Assisting in application projects that may range from the initiation of new solutions to upgrades or improvements.
Ensuring that business users are well-versed with the solution's functionality, whilst offering the needed training and guidance.
Handling incident, service requests, change, and problem management. This involves offering first/second-level advice to staff, expertly handling requests, and troubleshooting incidents, with an inclination to resolve or escalate as the situation demands.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years within the IT sector, providing 2nd/3rd level support and administration for Enterprise Application services. This can be OnPrem, IaaS, or SaaS, with a pivotal focus on security.
• Proficient knowledge in managing and architecting varied enterprise applications & integration technologies like SharePoint, M365 ecosystem, ArcGIS, ERP, Tableau and more.
• Solid familiarity with Microsoft and/or AWS platforms, examples being MS SQL, Azure, Active Directory and similar.
• A robust understanding of ITIL practices concerning change management, operations, and other application support processes.
• Exemplary customer engagement, relationship cultivation, and communication abilities.
• An innate sense of personal accountability coupled with being an efficient team player.
