Are you a skilled Technical Data / Business Analyst looking for an exciting implementation project opportunity? 

What our client can offer:
Our client is a major name within the local market, providing a platform for growth and innovation, valuing personal and professional development. This contract offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in a SaaS implementation project and support their functional team. The role is onsite in Christchurch and is 6 months full time. 

What you will do:
As a Technical Data / Business Analyst you will be playing a key role in the implementation of a new SaaS solution for our client. The project is around establishing the new SaaS platform, new business processes, integrating the new systems and disestablishing legacy systems. Key responsibilities include; 

• Working alongside the functional team to align the technical and data requirements.
• Supporting their Data Architect, Data Analyst / Data Migration Specialist with discovery and documentation of data requirements to enable the data migration activities.
• Supporting their testers with technical acceptance criteria enabling testing.
• Supporting their Product Owners and Functional/Process BAs with Data Requirements.
• Working with their Solution Architect to capture and refine requirements on the solution approach and plans for future integration.
• Working with system owners to inform and guide technical/data requirements.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Data / Business Analyst, preferably in a contracting capacity. 
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, technical analysis, and system integration.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in gathering and documenting requirements, creating functional specifications, and conducting impact analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
