Having undergone a significant period of digital transformation, they are looking to add to their team with a Digital Technologies Specialist, supporting and unlocking capability within the M365 space across their business. What you will do:
In this technical/application support role, you’ll be working broadly across the support, design, implementation and improvement of digital application technologies, focusing on O365. You may also get hands on with CRM (Salesforce) and have exposure to ERP and other integrated enterprise applications. You’ll be working as part of a larger Digital team, and while predominantly focussed on support, will build out the capability to grow into projects and improvement initiatives.

A real bonus of this role is that your users will be on the ground in Christchurch with you, and you’ll have a lot of opportunity to work alongside them, observing uptake of the 365 suite and identifying areas for automation/improvement. There is significant growth in this role, with the business continuing to invest heavily in their digital platform.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
An intermediate level role, we’re looking for a candidate on a trajectory, potentially heading towards Systems Analyst/Business Analyst in the longer term, but currently interested in opportunities more focussed towards Application Support. We ideally seek:
  • 2-3 years experience specialising in the M365 space with skills in Sharepoint/Teams
  • An interest in identifying opportunities for improvement and working alongside users to encourage the uptake of digital technologies
  • Strong collaboration skills, especially in customer-facing teams.
  • A tertiary degree and Microsoft certification
  • Hold current work rights for NZ.
