What you will do:
Lead a team of data specialists to deliver efficient and effective data services across the organization. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of data standards, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Manage relationships with software vendors and maintain service level agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data services with the organization's business objectives. Facilitate resource allocation and manage team priorities in partnership with key stakeholders.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Minimum of 10 years of experience managing a technical team
Proven leadership experience as a people manager
Strong knowledge of database systems, data platforms, and data integration frameworks
Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms
Experience in influencing and motivating stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to engage in technical discussions with technical staff
Ability to manage multiple Agile cross-functional teams simultaneously
Experience in maintaining and implementing data governance frameworks
A strategic mindset that aligns with the organization’s IT and digital strategies
Proven ability to lead and coach a team, fostering an environment that drives high performance and outstanding service delivery
