We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst on a 6 month fixed term contract basis to help support our clients business operations and delivery processes.

This is a great opportunity to join an expanding IT Services team that’s focused on initiating and steering various digital improvement initiatives. As a competent Senior Business Analyst, you'll have the autonomy to understand the business intimately and effect transformational improvements with a focus on Information Management. Covering a sabbatical, this is a fixed term appointment offering a competitive salary, with flexibility in work hours in the context of a work onsite arrangement.

What you will do:
In your role, you will examine and redefine operational processes, leveraging technology to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. You will be tasked with digitising manual processes and working on integrations, among other duties. 

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of best practices in business improvement.
• Proficient in digitising manual processes and integrating diverse systems.
• High level of autonomy and decisiveness, with a deep understanding of business processes.
• Experience in implementing Cloud solutions and software applications.
