System Engineer - Nurse Maude

What you will do:
As we embark on a number of technology improvement projects, we are seeking to add to our small but mighty team, with the position of System Engineer. Central to the provision of accurate, timely, and sustainable solutions to end user compute and networking problems. You will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of technology support services in the production and test environments, for the specific subset of end-user computing technologies within the broad End-User Computing, Networks Telephony and Technology Domains. 
  
This position actively participates in the troubleshooting of end-user computing incidents and may apply minor device, software or platform configuration changes following established frameworks to quickly recover the affected end-user computing while working closely with Network and End-User Compute Lead on root cause analysis, remediation and solution design.
  
This role has a significant project focus and would be well suited to a professional, ambitious early to mid-career Engineer.
  
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate strong End User Computing skills, with previous experience in the health sector, while not essential, a significant advantage. In addition, we are seeking:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within a professional IT Engineering role
• Intermediate-level skill sets in five or more of the following

• Microsoft: O365, Exchange Online
• Azure AD/MFA etc
• Windows 10/11
• Windows Server 2019/2022
• Sharepoint
• Intune / SCCM App packaging and deployment.
• Hybrid device management.
• Microsoft Dynamics. 
• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
• Networking knowledge.
• Knowledge of networking appliances, Wireless AP / Router knowledge.
• IP Telephony, 3CX / Mitel.
• Strong problem-solving analytical skills
