What you will do:
As a  Systems Engineer, you will deliver IT solutions and support to a diverse client base across the region. You will be responsible for ensuring system integrity, meeting client technology plans and problem resolution. This position requires regular travel within the region from Tinwald to Oamaru and into Mt Cook, facilitating face-to-face interactions that foster strong client relationships and high satisfaction levels.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Hold a relevant Bachelor level degree and  have at least 2 years of experience as a Systems Engineer ideally within an MSP.
• A wide range of technical skills and knowledge across Microsoft, Google, ERP systems and accounting systems.
• The ability to work across multiple client accounts, prioritising their needs and delivering great outcomes.
• The ability to articulate technical issues in simple terms, ensuring clarity and effective client communication.
• Be professional, calm under pressure, a people person and a customer focused.

Please note this role is based onsite in Timaru. The successful candidate must hold a full NZ drivers license and  full working rights.
