A great new role for an experienced Digital Business Analyst with strong change management experience looking to contribute to a large project.

What our client can offer:
Our client offers a challenging, transformational programme environment, working on a technology implementation programme that will touch all corners of the organisation. In the Digital Business Analyst space you will be working in their change management space, supporting the team through the project changes and ensuring a smooth transition. 

What you will do:
You will have a strong focus on digital business analysis and process work, support and work alongside staff through the changes, represent stakeholders, assist in delivering change support and facilitate workshops. 

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Minimum 5 years experience in digital business analysis 
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
• Understanding of change management (ProSci preferably) 
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders (technical and non-technical) 
• Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team 
• Government exposure would be a bonus 
• Strong customer service focus 
• Solutions-focussed mindset
