Senior Business Analyst - contract

• Ongoing contract located full time in Christchurch (no FIFO/remote available)
• Complex organisational transformation environment
• Fast past environment, new project team

Work alongside a range of internal stakeholders, helping to define/document current and future states, identifying improvement opportunities.

What our client can offer:
Our client is a well established organisation in the early stages of a large, organisational wide transformation journey. Currently establishing future business and enterprise architecture, we are seeking the support of three Senior Business Analysts to ensure that the various business streams, current processes, pain points, and future states are well understood and articulated, and any future technology solutions will genuinely benefit them. They are seeking experienced Business Analysts with a strong and proven track record across transformation projects, and ideally with business vertical experience (HR, Finance, Asset Management etc)

What you will do:
Initially a 6 month contract engagement, there is significant scope for ongoing work in this role. You will be joining a small but growing programme team, and will work across a range of role responsibilities, able to adapt to needs as they present themselves.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• At least 6 years of experience in a dedicated Business Analyst capacity
• Technology/ERP/Transformation project experience
• Very strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Adaptability, able to work in the grey and pivot quickly where neede

Note, due to the nature of the business and the contract need, we will only consider those based full time in Canterbury and able to commit to at least 6 months of work, full time and onsite, for these contract opportunities.
