What you will do:
Develop and refine architecture strategies, roadmaps, and design frameworks. Support the Enterprise Architect in aligning business and technical objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, communicate vision, and adjust solutions as required. Engage with teams across the business, actively seeking out opportunities to contribute. Ensure architectural standards and practices align with operational goals while allowing for flexibility where needed.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a broad technical environment
• Strong background across multiple technologies, rather than deep specialisation
• Ability to adapt in an agile, product-focused environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience defining architecture strategy, roadmaps, and governance
• Comfortable working with evolving requirements and business priorities
• Based in Christchurch or open to relocation
• Ability to self-direct, build relationships, and navigate complexity
