Overview
This is an exciting, brand new role for TimeFiler, looking to onboard their next employee for June 2025. You will be managing client relationships, oversee marketing initiatives, and identify new revenue opportunities to pass onto the sales staff. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to enhance customer experience and brand visibility!

What you will do:
You will manage and foster relationships with TimeFiler’s clients. You will play a pivotal role in how TimeFiler’s clients interact with the business, plus identify opportunities for new and recurring revenue. You will also own marketing within TimeFiler and related initiatives. Key responsibilities include; 

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by ensuring consistent communication and support. 
• Champion marketing activities, including social media, campaign management, and CRM utilization. 
• Identify client needs and opportunities to expand services, working closely with sales and delivery teams.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years in account management, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing client relationships in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Background in payroll or timesheeting solutions is a huge plus.
• Ability to recognize business growth opportunities and escalate appropriately.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working within a structured team environment.
