Senior Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead

What you will do:
Develop and optimize front-end web applications with a focus on user experience. Work closely with designers to create responsive, high-performing interfaces. Integrate APIs and manage data workflows. Lead a small team, providing technical mentorship. Contribute to system design and architecture, ensuring scalable and maintainable code. Build new applications or enhance existing ones, taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• 10+ years working on web applications
• Strong front-end expertise in React, Angular, or similar frameworks
• Experience designing and developing APIs (FastAPI preferred)
• Previous experience leading development teams or owning web applications
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitLab)
• Based in Christchurch or willing to work from the office three days a week
