What you will do:
Working closely with the owners and the technical team your responsibilities will include:

• Technical support to a wide and varied client base spread across Christchurch and wider Canterbury
• Developing your Microsoft skills in an environment that works heavily in the Office 365 space.
• Contributing to and leading IT projects that span applications, infrastructure and telecomms.
• Building relationships externally, ensuring that customer service and satisfaction levels remain high.
• Helping to develop and champion in-house processes and systems  that support day to day operations.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
We’re looking for a solid, stable individual with a great sense of humour and the desire to work in a close knit, low key but highly motivated team environment. You’ll enjoy really solid relationships with a wide range of clients, and have the ability to pick and choose projects that interest you, while developing your skills with the support of the business owners.

This is an ideal environment to really spread your wings, take on extra responsibilities, be self managing, all while being well supported within a professional work setting.

Your experience must include:

• Strong exposure to Microsoft 365
• Great work ethic, communication skills, and the desire to commit to a longer term employer
• 4+ years in a commercial IT Support role
