IT Technician

• $65–70,000 salary, insurances and wellbeing benefits
• Office based in Parnell + travel to sites across Auckland

Support construction teams across Auckland. Travel to sites, resolve tech issues, install hardware. Build rapport and keep systems running smoothly.

The work is varied, hands-on, and allows for direct interaction with teams across multiple construction sites. 

What you will do:
You will deliver onsite IT support at multiple construction locations across Auckland and occasionally the wider North Island. This includes installing and configuring devices, troubleshooting issues, maintaining software, and ensuring consistent uptime for mobile and fixed systems. You'll regularly visit sites to check in with staff, resolve technical concerns, and keep systems running.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with no option to work remotely.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• 2-4 years in an IT support role
• Strong communication, customer service skills and a very proactive approach
• Experience in Microsoft, Apple mobile, cloud systems
• Familiarity with tools like Kaseya, Intune, Revisto, Bluebeam, NXWitness
• ITIL knowledge and/or ITIL certification preferred
• Ability to lay cabling is an advantage
• Full Drivers license required
