Lead the Concentrate HubSpot Success Services team, working directly with our customers on strategies that maximise their HubSpot investment.

What our client can offer:
Concentrate is a revenue growth agency helping businesses find new ways to grow. Their clients are typically medium sized businesses that sell B2B in New Zealand and Australia. They come from industries like manufacturing, wholesale distribution, technology and financial services.

Concentrate provides the HubSpot CRM technology and consulting services to help their customers drive revenue by attracting, converting and delighting customers who want to engage primarily online. 

This role is a leadership role within the Christchurch office, supporting a team of highly engaged Hubspot Specialists, with a focus on consulting services.

What you will do:
This role makes a difference by working directly with Concentrate’s customer leaders on strategies to maximise the value of their HubSpot investment, and leading the Concentrate HubSpot Success Services team to execute on these strategies. It is a role for someone who is outstanding at using CRM to improve sales and marketing, not a technical CRM expert.

You can expect to be actively involved in:
  • Providing strategic advice and support to high value customer accounts
  • Leading Concentrate’s HubSpot Success Services Team (currently 4FTE)
  • Proactively growing and nurturing customer accounts
  • Participating in Concentrate’s leadership team
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Concentrate offers a collaborative, highly engaged, passionate team environment where the customer sits at the centre of all project activities. We are seeking an energetic leader to take the reins and lead the team to success.

We are ideally seeking:
  • Experience helping organisations to use CRM to improve marketing, sales and customer service
  • Experience working with technologies including CMS, CRM and marketing automation
  • Experience in providing strategic advice
  • Experience in analysing sales and marketing analytics and interpreting for business managers/leaders
  • Working knowledge of the HubSpot growth technology stack (ideal but not required)
