Drive delivery of high-value integration solutions while guiding a collaborative, technical team in Christchurch.

What you will do:
You will lead a team responsible for building, deploying, and supporting integration solutions aligned to business and customer priorities. You will work alongside senior leaders across product, development and QA to ensure integration projects meet architectural, operational and security standards. You will provide technical leadership and mentoring while actively contributing to integration design, automation, and delivery. You will manage workflows across the team and ensure that integration tasks are prioritised based on value and urgency. You will also maintain hands-on involvement in troubleshooting and continuous improvement of integration processes.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Minimum five years of  experience in system integration
  • At least two years in a leadership or team lead role
  • Background in Agile software development environments
  • Strong solution design and architecture knowledge
  • Experience with HL7, FHIR, and healthcare integration standards
  • Confident working in Linux environments (e.g. Bash, SQL)
  • Customer-focused approach with strong internal stakeholder engagement
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred
