Senior Systems Analyst (FTC)

What you will do:
Working within the Business Systems team, your main responsibility will be to oversee and support the Business Central (BC) ERP platform used across the organisation. You’ll coordinate key system improvements, lead stakeholder workshops, and act as the liaison between end users and technical support partners. Day-to-day tasks will include managing support requests, creating user documentation, and guiding training efforts across finance teams.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• 5+ years in business systems support or systems analysis
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central and/or Dynamics NAV
• Strong knowledge of finance workflows: R2R, O2C, P2P
• Solid understanding of project management and testing principles
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills
• Comfortable delivering training and resolving user issues
• Degree in accounting, business, or IT (CA preferred)
• Available to work full-time onsite in Christchurch
• Applicants must hold NZ Citizenship, NZ Permanent Residency or an Open Work Visa
