Concentrate is a revenue growth agency helping businesses find new ways to grow. Their clients are typically medium sized businesses that sell B2B in New Zealand and Australia. They come from industries like manufacturing, wholesale distribution, technology and financial services.

Concentrate provides the HubSpot CRM technology and consulting services to help their customers drive revenue by attracting, converting and delighting customers who want to engage primarily online. 

Concentrate are seeking a candidate with HubSpot experience to be a key member of the HubSpot team that delivers services to their clients.

What you will do:
This role sits within Concentrate's HubSpot delivery team and helps implement, manage, and optimize HubSpot CRM, Marketing, CMS, and Service Hub tools for their clients.

Day to day you can expect to get involved with:
  • Working across a range of HubSpot projects for clients (e.g. database setup, configuring systems, building templates, importing and structuring customer data, building workflows) 
  • Monitoring performance of HubSpot and refining and enhancing as needed
  • Providing ongoing support, advice and training for customers related to HubSpot (CRM platform, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, CMS – Websites and automation)
Skills and experience we are looking for:
  • 2+ years experience in a marketing, sales ops, CRM or or digital role
  • A background in information systems / software / business analyst / data science
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot across multiple Hubs (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools)
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
  • Skills in areas such as systems analysis, business analysis, application integration, reporting & dashboards 
  • Experience using MS Excel or Google sheets for reporting or data management 
  • Experience with Python or API/integration would be a bonus
  • Strong customer relationship building skills 
Please note - to be considered for this position, you will need to be holding  current New Zealand working rights and be available to be located full time in Christchurch.
