Longbeach Holdings seeks an experienced System Administrator to oversee day to day IT operations across their group, operating in national and global markets. Based out of the Christchurch head office, you will be supporting a range of users and technologies with a strong focus on ERP and business systems.

What you will do:
Working closely with the CEO, you'll become the superuser for the ERP systems and hold responsibility for the management and support of Information Technology systems and infrastructure, meeting the data and information needs of the senior managers whilst supporting the company’s users within the Longbeach group of companies. 


Your remit will fall broadly across three areas including Infrastructure, Business Systems Support and Reporting, and End User Support, and being actively involved with:
 

• Server, network and desktop technologies (Microsoft/Office365), roaming and remote access technologies, internet and website management, 
• Business Systems and Reporting - providing tailored data and information and appropriately designed reporting tools to internal and external stakeholders
• Acting as a liaison with software providers (including ERP) managing updates and resolving issues
• Supporting and upskilling end users on company hardware, software and processes, providing tailored training and resources to users as needed.

Skills and experience we are looking for:  
A sole support role for the group, we are looking for an experienced System Administrator, with a strong can do attitude, and breadth of skills ideally taking in:
 

• Supporting key business systems, including ERP systems 
• Strong customer service focus, both internal and external customers
• Server, desktop and Network and broader Infrastructure support
• Interest and experience in AI, Integrations and APIs
• Ability to lead and mentor from a technology evolution perspective
• Excellent communication skills and a self-starter mindset 
• Experience with Apparel21 would be viewed favourably.

Please note - only candidates holding full NZ working rights will be considered for this role currently. This role is full time onsite in Christchurch, so candidates must be based here or actively willing to relocate.
