Ultimately, a Sourced Recruitment Consultant is responsible for the end to end recruitment process within Sourced, building and managing client and candidate relationships, developing engagement with the Sourced business, and growing our active client base.

What would I be doing?
  • Searching for the perfect candidate match and fill existing vacancies 
  • Manage client relationships and supporting / anticipating their hiring needs, or further building existing client relationships for growth.
  • We will look to develop your ability to spot opportunities with new clients.
  • Building and managing candidate/client relationships through all advertising and research channels. 
  • Driving engagement and loyalty to the business
  • Identifying growth opportunities for the business through candidate and market engagement.
What do I need?
  • Some work history in a high-accountability customer service role.
  • Background in recruitment either internal or agency
    or
  • Completed or nearly complete tertiary study in anything - we are open to your field of expertise, and note that a technical background may be of significant advantage
  • A desire to develop a genuine career in the recruitment industry.
  • Perseverance and the ability to complete tasks
  • Most importantly, be a passionate searcher/data/pattern matching person. This role will be especially satisfying to those who can spot patterns and find corresponding profiles. Like ‘Guess Who’ on some serious pharmaceuticals.
