Contribute to a critical ERP implementation project as a Change Analyst, with an innovative and large local employer. 12 month hourly rate contract.

This contract offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in a major ERP implementation project. The role is onsite in Christchurch, with some work from home, and is a 12 month full time contract position. 

What you will do:
We are looking for a Change Analyst to support the implementation and optimization of a new ERP system. Reporting into a Change Manager, key responsibilities will include;

• Supporting the Change Manager to develop and carry-out change management plans
• Completing stakeholder analysis and engaging stakeholders consistently
• Creating change journeys and stakeholder personas
• Completing change impact assessments to identify gaps, possible challenges and opportunities
• Creating communication and training material 
• Carrying out change readiness assessments 

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Proven experience in change analysis & management, preferable with a focus on ERP systems
• Good understanding of change management principles, tools & methodologies
• Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to assess change impacts 
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, complex enterprise environment

Please note we are seeking a Christchurch based candidate, with full working rights in NZ. This is not a FIFO role.
