Senior Data Analyst (ERP/Migration)

Put your well developed Data Analysis skills to use in this contract engagement, based onsite in Christchurch. Joining a complex ERP programme mid-flight, you will be involved in all things data.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst (Migration) working on contract through Christmas and into the new year here in the garden city.  You will be working in a professional, enterprise work environment, within a dedicated ERP programme team.

What you will do:
With a strong focus on data discovery, cleansing, transformation and migration, you’ll be deep in the detail of a complex ERP implementation that is mid flight.

You will join a focused team ensuring a successful, accurate, and timely migration of high-quality data from multiple legacy systems into the new ERP, ensuring the data supports core business operations post go-live, with minimal disruption and full traceability.

Skills and experience we are looking for:  

• The role requires Senior level experience typically gained from a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant Data Analysis role  ideally in large-scale or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in data migration projects, preferably involving Workday or other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
• Hands-on involvement in at least one end-to-end data migration lifecycle, including mapping, transformation, cleansing, testing, and reconciliation.
• Experience working with multiple source systems and integrating disparate datasets.
• Experience working in agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
• Previous involvement in system implementations, upgrades, or business transformations is advantageous.
