What you will do:
You’ll join an experienced agile team to design, develop, and maintain a range of software products—some greenfield, others supporting legacy systems in need of transformation. While your focus will be backend-heavy, you’ll collaborate across the stack and the SDLC, contributing to architecture, automation, testing, and continuous delivery.

In addition to feature development and production support, you’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and QA to solve customer problems and deliver well-tested, maintainable code. You’ll also help shape team practices and contribute to improving internal systems and ways of working.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• 6+ years of professional software development, with 1+ years in a senior capacity
• Strong coding skills in Python, C#, or TypeScript
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Angular, Flutter)
• Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban) and a team-first mindset
• Experience across multiple phases of the SDLC (including deployment and support)
• Willingness to work with and improve legacy systems where needed
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
