Join Concentrate’s HubSpot Technology Services team and play a hands-on role in building smart integrations that help our customers get the most out of their HubSpot investment.

Implementing Hubspot, a powerful digital engagement platform that drives growth, Concentrate deliver across solution design, CRM implementation, integration and website development, helping clients to configure the right tools, manage data, and optimise their HubSpot environment to fuel long-term success.

Working within the Hubspot Technology Services team, this role is key to building and implementing integrations between Hubspot and a wide range of client technologies including SharePoint, Business Central, D365, and NetSuite.

What you will do:
As a Data & Integration Specialist, you’ll work directly with clients and colleagues to design, develop, and deliver solutions that integrate systems seamlessly.

Your work will be focused on building and maintaining smart integrations that connect HubSpot with a range of client systems, making sure data flows securely and efficiently. You’ll be working across APIs, cloud platforms, and reporting tools, collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and clients to turn business needs into technical solutions.

You can expect to be actively involved in :

• Designing and developing integrations using Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs
• Working with HubSpot Operations Hub or similar CRM tools
• Managing data migration, transformation, and reporting (JSON, Excel, CSV)
• Creating dashboards and visualisations in Looker Studio or Power BI
• Troubleshooting integration issues and maintaining clear communication

Skills and experience we are looking for:
Experience with HubSpot is ideal, but REST APIs, Salesforce, or similar CRM knowledge is just as valuable. We’re not necessarily looking for years of experience – the key is being technically strong, able to learn quickly, and comfortable working on a range of integration activities.

Skills that will really stand out from potential candidates include:

• Proficiency in Python & JavaScript (Strong advantage of experience with Node.js or similar server-side scripting).
• Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), with transferable skills from Azure or Google Cloud.
• HubSpot Operations Hub experience preferred (custom code actions, datasets, and data sync) but open to candidates with knowledge in REST API.
• Ability to design, build, and maintain secure integrations between HubSpot and external systems.
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms such as Zapier and N8N for lightweight integrations.
• Solid in data modelling, data migration, and transformation (JSON, Excel, CSV).
• Experience building dashboards and visualisations in Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) and/or Power BI.
