  Are you an experienced Change Manager looking for transformational work over the next 2 years? Based in Christchurch and ready to start at short notice?
  
  What our client can offer:
  Our client sits as an umbrella across two large enterprises (Australasian) and are embarking on a program to align people, processes, and technology. They are a progressive, forward thinking organisation, looking to transform and future ready their business.
  
  What you will do: As a Change Manager, you will form part of a newly developed programme team, working across two separate organisations, understanding existing people, processes and systems, and focussing on change impacts as a major business transformation gets underway.
  
  You can expect to be involved in:
• • Establishing a change management strategy, ensuring coordination with the Programme streams of work.
  • Working with the programme and project teams, and stakeholders across the business to plan and execute change management and communication activities to support substantial technology, process, and behavioural change impact.
  • Facilitation and support of Business Process Owners, providing change leadership, ensuring adequate involvement and informed decision making within a practical structure.
• Skills and experience we are looking for:
  To be consider for this role you will be an experienced Change Manager with the following skills:
  
  • Change Management qualifications 
  • 5+ years of commercial experience, and exposure to enterprise environments 
  • Experience developing and delivering effective communication and change plans 
  • Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
