Are you an experienced Project Coordinator in CHCH looking for transformational work over the next 6 months and available ASAP?
What our client can offer:
Our client is embarking on a program to align people, processes, and technology. They are a progressive, forward thinking organisation, looking to transform and future ready their business.
What you will do:
As a Project Coordinator, you will form part of a newly developed programme team, working between two separate organisations, understanding existing people, processes and systems, as a major business transformation gets underway.
You can expect to be involved in:
Working with the project teams, and stakeholders across the business to support project activities
Setting up and maintaining projects in the project management system including schedule, risks/issues and decision registers, change requests and budget tracking.
Assisting with month end review of status reports
Assisting to manage smaller projects.
Serving as a point of communication between internal teams and external resources.
Maintaining information and records to ensure work streams are informed by accurate and up to date information.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Coordinator with the following skills:
Foundational PM qualifications ideal but not essential
3+ years of commercial experience, and exposure to enterprise environments
Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and environments
Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
