Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist (1-3 months Contract)

Provide post-Go-Live support and optimise user adoption for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

What our client can offer:
This company is looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Specialist to provide hypercare support following their recent D365 Go-Live. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a major implementation project, helping the business maximize their investment. 

The role is 100% remote with flexible hours and is a short-term contract, expected to run for 1 to 3 months, with potential for future opportunities on other D365 projects.

What you will do

• Provide hands-on support and guidance to end users in the Finance and Sales modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
• Share best practices and advice based on your previous D365 implementation experience.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Strong, practical experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, particularly Finance and Sales modules.
• Experience supporting end users following a major implementation or upgrade.
• Previous involvement in large D365 implementation programmes.
• Functional consultant experience in relevant modules is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business users.
