They are a progressive, forward thinking team, looking to truly embed change, and are seeking their next Change Lead. This is an exceptional opportunity within a not for profit setting, allowing a genuine focus on community and values based work.

What you will do:
As a Change Lead, you will form part of a close knit, professional change team, working across a digital portfolio, understanding existing people, processes and systems, and focussing on change impacts as major business transformations are delivered.

You can expect to be involved in:

• Establishing change management strategies, ensuring coordination with the Programme streams of work.
• Working with programme and project teams, and stakeholders across the business to plan and execute change management and communication activities to support substantial technology, process, and behavioural change impact.
• Facilitation and support of Business Process Owners, providing change leadership, ensuring adequate involvement and informed decision making within a practical structure.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
To be considered for this role you will be an experienced Change Manager with the following skills:

• Change Management qualifications 
• 5+ years of commercial experience, and exposure to enterprise environments 
• Experience developing and delivering effective communication and change plans 
• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and environments
• Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
