Concentrate is a revenue growth agency helping businesses find new ways to grow using AI-powered customer platform, HubSpot CRM. Clients are typically medium - enterprise scale businesses across New Zealand and Australia, with a growing reach internationally, and come from a wide range of industries including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, technology and financial services.

What you will do:
As a senior member of the Concentrate team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve measurable revenue growth through smart use of HubSpot and modern digital tools. You will combine hands-on technical delivery with project leadership and mentoring, guiding clients and colleagues toward high-quality, data-driven outcomes.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of HubSpot and website projects, from scoping and development through to optimisation, ensuring smooth, high-quality outcomes for clients. You will design and refine HubSpot database structures, workflows, and automations that align marketing and sales activity, build dynamic CMS-driven websites, and deliver insightful dashboards and reports. Working closely with clients, business owners, and internal teams, you will help drive measurable growth through smart, data-led solutions.

As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor colleagues, champion delivery excellence, and actively contribute to evolving Concentrate’s HubSpot best practices and processes.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Experience with the configuration and delivering of CMS, CRM and/or marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, ClickDimensions, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Zoho, SugarCRM, Pipedrive, Marketo, ActiveCampaign)
  • HubSpot CRM: Basic familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, and Operations Hubs.
  • Digital marketing tools: Exposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, social media).
  • Web design and development: Understanding of how websites are designed and built.
  • Analytics & reporting: Ability to prepare and interpret basic reports.
  • Microsoft Excel: Competence with spreadsheets and data handling.
  • Client management: Comfortable engaging with clients, building relationships, and supporting meetings.
  • Team and process skills: Self-management, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to high quality standards.

Please note - to be considered for this position, you will need to be holding current New Zealand working rights and be available to be located full time in Christchurch.
