Intermediate Application Support Analyst - 14 months

Support the commissioning of digital systems, providing Level 2 support ensuring  business applications run reliably.

This 14-month temporary/contract role offers the security of defined project timelines and measurable impact. What you will do:
In this role you will provide second-line support for business applications used across the digital environment. You will be actively involved in troubleshooting, testing, and configuring systems during commissioning as well as assist with user training, onboarding, and readiness tasks. These are mid level positions well suited to IT professionals who are post graduation and a couple of years into their IT careers.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• 2-5 years work experience in an IT support capacity (ideally Business Applications)
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about customer experience, championing all things user experience and customer service. 
• IT Degree or equivalent qualification, ideally in Business Systems/Applications or a comparable field.

Please note - to be considered for these positions you will need to be domiciled in Dunedin full time, and onsite for the duration, and available to start work within 3-4 weeks.
