A 9 month Change Analysis fixed-term contract working alongside an experienced Senior PM, delivering two business critical digital initiatives.

This role will offer you the opportunity to work with an experienced Senior PM supporting the business through a period of change.

What you will do:

Working closely with the Senior PM you will be responsible for:
  • Understanding current and future states and to ensuring business requirements are translated into change documentation.
  • Conducting impact assessments, ensuring impact assessment information is detailed correctly from a change perspective and creating mitigation strategies for each impact.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of the change management process, including the planning through to communication, training, and post implementation evaluation phases. 
  • Supporting the management of stakeholders, identifying and managing issues and risks relating to stakeholders and stakeholder change.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
We seek applications from experienced Change Analysts/Managers
  • At least 3-5 years experience working within  change management in a complex digital delivery setting
  • Working knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies used for change management.
  • Established stakeholder management, engagement and relationship skills including the ability to work in partnership with stakeholders
  • Experience in supporting change initiatives such as delivering detailed change and business impact assessments, producing change and training documentation, and rolling out these out across the organisation.
  • The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships, engage in a professional and respectful manner, influence and persuade, problem solve, and remove obstacles, coupled with a high level of business acumen and political awareness.
  • A qualification in change management and/or risk management is advantageous.
