Senior Project Manager - Digital (6M FTC)

• Christchurch-based, 6 month FTC with possible extension. 

Lead delivery of large scale digital initiatives in Christchurch. This role blends delivery leadership, agile practice, and coaching internal teams through high-impact programmes.

• Partner with senior leaders to free time for strategic work.

• Strong agile and scrum practice.
• Experience leading work across many teams.
• Proven delivery of complex programmes.
• Clear communication style with calm presence.
• Mentoring approach without heavy control.
• NZ work rights and Christchurch availability.
