Business Analyst - Permanent and Contract Opportunities

At Sourced, we run a tight team of contractors who are as much part of the family as they are professionals in their field. With ongoing work in the New Year, starting from January, we are keen to chat to experienced Business Analysts, who are either based in, or relocating to Christchurch.

What our clients can offer:
We work with a very broad range of enterprise, SMB and public sector clients, with an ongoing need for Mid-Senior level Business Analysts. Working with Sourced as a contractor offers significant benefits including a strong pastoral care model and access to ongoing projects across a range of clients and domains.

What you will do:
These varied roles will draw on your technical, analysis and people skills. Your ability to build relationships and confidence within the business will play a key part in your success.

There is always real variety in these roles, but some of the tasks our BA’s can expect to work on includes:

• Documenting current processes and future requirements within an enterprise setting
• Enterprise PMO projects, working with a strategic lens
• ERP and business systems implementation
• Working on complex Data/integration work conducting systems analysis and documentation
• Business Improvement initiatives

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Proven BA experience at a mid-senior level
• The ability to problem solve and display analytical thinking
• Experience mapping processes and data flows
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with various reporting systems
• Display strong communication skills
• Documenting current processes and future requirements within an enterprise setting
• Working alongside internal project team members across key deliverables

Please note for contract roles you must currently be in New Zealand and holding the ongoing right to work in New Zealand, with either NZ citizenship or an unrestricted work visa.
