What you will do:
As a Digital Programme Manager, you will provide strategic oversight and coordination across multiple interrelated digital facility projects. Working at a programme level, you'll be driving cross-programme initiatives, managing resourcing and mobilisation strategies, and ensuring optimal delivery performance across all initiatives.

You will work closely with delivery teams, operational readiness groups, and leadership across the organisation. A critical aspect of this role is leading the transition from legacy systems in existing facilities to modern digital solutions in new developments.

You will be working in a close knit, collaborative agile team, and interacting regularly with national stakeholders and international vendors.

Skills and experience we are looking for:
Experience with large-scale digital infrastructure delivery at an enterprise level is essential for this work. In addition, the skills that will really stand out from potential candidates include:

• Strategic programme management experience across multiple concurrent projects
• The ability to operate at a programme level, driving cross-programme improvements and efficiencies
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, working with diverse groups including operational teams, vendors, and senior leadership
• Experience managing digital transformation in complex operational environments
