Develop high-quality full-stack solutions for CityCare Water’s core job management platform.

CityCare Water offers a flexible, collaborative work environment with a low-hierarchy IT team. You will work alongside a small, skilled group of developers, business analysts, and architects. What you will do:

Deliver back-end solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
Integrate front-end features with Vue.js and support development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
Troubleshoot legacy systems and participate in CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, communicate technical solutions clearly, and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems.
Support multiple projects concurrently and contribute to health, safety, and quality procedures.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years full-stack development experience
Strong C#, ASP.NET Core / MVC, SQL Server, T-SQL
RESTful API development and Git version control
Agile/Scrum familiarity
Interest or experience in Vue.js, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) desirable
Positive, proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and initiative-driven
Location: Christchurch, flexible WFH 3–4 days possible
