Maximise the performance of client’s HubSpot environments, improving how leads are generated and nurtured, opportunities managed and progressed through the sales pipeline, and how reporting supports confident commercial decision-making.

What you will do:
The HubSpot Success Consultant plays a key role in maximising the performance of a client’s HubSpot
environment.

This role is pivotal to ensuring client’s Hubspot platforms are structured, adopted, and optimised in a way that supports growth across the full customer journey.

You can expect to be actively involved in:
  • Leading planning sessions with client stakeholders to align HubSpot initiatives with business goals
  • Recommending and implementing  structural improvements to sales process design, lead management approach, and reporting strategy
  • Identifying friction within the portal and executing system-level improvements
  • Leading structured HubSpot training sessions for client teams across marketing, sales, and service
  • Leading external training workshops, webinars, or education sessions representing Concentrate’s HubSpot expertise
  • Manage stakeholder communication confidently across marketing and sales teams
  • Identify opportunities for expanded services in partnership with Head of HSS
  • Collaborate with Senior Specialists for technical delivery where required
Skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Proven HubSpot expertise or comparable CRM optimisation experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales process, and alignment with marketing.
  • Ability to analyse data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Effective communication and client management skills.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
  • Senior-level experience in a consultancy or client-facing role.
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
