Drive delivery across multiple workstreams within a large Integrated Asset Management programme in Christchurch.

What our client can offer:
This contract places you within a large infrastructure organisation, contributing to a critical programme with well-defined milestones. You’ll collaborate with experienced delivery leads and Scrum practitioners in a structured yet evolving environment that values practical thinking, clear communication, and outcome-focused delivery. This role provides exposure to programme-level delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement across a complex landscape. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to make a tangible impact during a key go-live phase.

What you will do:

Coordinate delivery activity across several workstreams to maintain alignment with programme goals and timelines.
Manage key documentation such as delivery plans, reporting packs, and decision logs to support governance.
Identify risks, track dependencies, and support resolution planning to keep delivery on track.
Facilitate planning sessions and team forums to improve clarity and progress.
Support backlog management and assist teams with admin and coordination tasks to reduce pressure and improve flow.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Proven experience in programme coordination within complex environments.
Working knowledge of Scrum and agile practices.
Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Confident stakeholder engagement across delivery teams and leadership.
Ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations.
Proactive approach with the ability to take initiative.
Experience supporting backlog management and delivery forums.
Based in Christchurch or able to work on-site as required.
Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
