Power Platform Specialist (6 week contract)

• Focus on SharePoint Online migration and Microsoft Power Platform delivery
• 6 week contract, immediate start
• Based in Christchurch

Deliver Power Platform solutions supporting the migration from SharePoint 2016 and Nintex to SharePoint Online

What our client can offer:
This contract offers the chance to work on a focused migration project with a clear delivery outcome. The environment is practical, structured, and suited to someone who prefers hands-on technical work without heavy process layers. You will work closely with internal stakeholders while having ownership across the build and migration stages. The contract is suited to a contractor who can step in quickly and produce clean, workable solutions within a short timeframe. 

What you will do:
You will develop Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate workflows to support the migration from SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online. The role includes reviewing existing Nintex forms and workflows, rebuilding functionality within the Microsoft Power Platform environment, and ensuring reliable workflow performance after migration. Daily work will involve solution design, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user support where required. You will work across both technical delivery and stakeholder communication to keep the project moving within the six-week timeframe.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

• Commercial experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience migrating workflows from Nintex to Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong SharePoint 2016 and SharePoint Online knowledge
• Ability to work independently in a contract environment
• Clear communication skills with business users and technical teams
• Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
• New Zealand working rights required.
• Currently located in Christchurch.
