Service Desk Engineer (6M Contract)

Provide first-level IT support across a large business, resolving technical issues and delivering excellent service to end users in Christchurch.

This is an opportunity to join a well-known organisation with a collaborative team and a strong focus on service delivery. You will be the first point of contact for IT support, assisting users with hardware, software, access, and device-related issues. You will log and manage incidents, troubleshoot problems, support device setup and replacements, and escalate complex issues when required. The role also includes supporting meeting room and collaboration technology.
