What you will do:
You will support the replacement of a key website platform by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and providing analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Alongside this, you will work with teams across the medical product portfolio to identify process inefficiencies, risks, and control gaps. The role will involve improving data quality and reporting visibility, helping establish exception management processes, and supporting stronger operational decision-making. You will engage with a range of stakeholders, draw out information from complex situations, and translate business needs into clear and actionable outcomes.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within medium to large organisations.
Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and process mapping skills.
Experience identifying business process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Ability to analyse data, reporting processes, and business controls.
Confident stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Assertive communication style with the ability to obtain information in challenging situations.
High level of initiative, energy, and personal accountability.
Able to start immediately or within 1-2 weeks.
Must be based in Auckland with New Zealand working rights.
