What you will do:
You will support the identification and roll out of AI initiatives for the business  by facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and providing analysis throughout the project lifecycle. Alongside this, you will work with development teams to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and meeting business requirements. You will engage with a range of stakeholders, draw out information from complex situations, and translate business needs into clear and actionable outcomes.

Skills and experience we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within medium to large organisations.
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, and process mapping skills.
• Experience identifying business process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Recent experience with AI - can be adjacent to commercial experience
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
