Digital Trainer (3 month contract)

This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Trainer to design and deliver AI specific training to a wide enterprise audience.

What’s in it for me?
This role will allow you to work in a large, diverse environment. You’ll have the opportunity to further extend your career by designing and delivering Digital training specific to AI technologies, working with a well known organisation, on a 3 month contract.

What would I be doing?
This role is user focussed, and you’ll be providing support to a range of people within the business. You’ll be supporting a couple of key AI initiatives being rolled out including an AI Portal, followed by Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium. 

What do I need?
We’re looking for someone with a good mix of training, digital adoption and technology experience, ideally someone who:

• Has strong experience designing and delivering digital/technology training for a range of users, particularly non-technical audiences.
• Is a confident facilitator and can run workshops, demos, webinars, drop-in sessions and one-to-one coaching.
• Can take technical concepts and turn them into practical, easy-to-understand learning that people can apply in their day-to-day work.
• Can develop good-quality training material, including guides, FAQs, quick-reference material and other digital learning content.

While a good understanding of generative AI and Microsoft 365/Copilot is useful, you won’t need to be deeply technical, but need to be comfortable learning new technology quickly and explaining it to others. The ability to start asap in Christchurch is essential.
