Support Analyst (2 month contract)

Manage ServiceNow support, work schedules and data tasks in a Christchurch-based Support Analyst role. 

What our client can offer:
This is contract, you will support day-to-day ServiceNow tasks and help keep key processes moving. The role suits someone who can work independently and pick up tasks quickly. You will gain hands-on experience across ServiceNow support, documentation and data administration.

What you will do:
In this role, you will manage and triage the ServiceNow support queue, assist with support documentation, help with roster role assignments, prepare data for mass changes and process work schedules.

Please note that there are two contract roles on offer. These opportunities are ideal for early career engineers based in Christchurch, seeking a busy and hands-on role in a supportive and dynamic environment.
