Join a significant ERP transformation as a hands-on Change Analyst, assessing impacts and engaging stakeholders in Christchurch.

Our client is a large, well-established organisation undergoing a significant transformation through the implementation of a new ERP platform. These roles sit within a dedicated change management workstream, offering exposure to a major programme of work and the opportunity to work with people at all levels of the organisation. What you will do:
As a Change Analyst, you will work within the change management workstream, supporting the Strategic Change Manager and collaborating with staff across the organisation to support the implementation and adoption of the new platform. This is a hands-on role where you will move between analysis, planning, facilitation and delivery, ensuring people are well supported through the transition.

You can expect to be involved in:

• Identifying and assessing change impacts across people, process, technology and culture, and translating them into practical change interventions
• Conducting stakeholder analysis and engaging stakeholders at all levels, including supporting a change network
• Developing change management plans, communication and engagement activities, and supporting artefacts
• Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions and end-user training courses
• Conducting change readiness assessments and identifying areas for attention
• Identifying and escalating risks, interdependencies and information gaps that could affect adoption
• Providing post-go-live support and recommending adjustments to change interventions as needed

Skills and experience we are looking for:
To be considered for these roles you will be an experienced Change Analyst with the following skills:

• At least two years’ experience applying change management methodologies to large-scale organisational change, with a Prosci certification desirable
• Experience working within an ERP implementation, with Workday experience highly advantageous
• Proven ability to conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis, including developing personas, change journeys and impact plans
• Strong facilitation skills across workshops, discovery sessions and end-user training
• Experience delivering change readiness assessments, communication and engagement activities, and managing change networks
