What would I be doing?
In this role you will be providing valued clients with both Level 1 and 2 help desk support including:
  • Receiving, logging and managing incidents / service requests from clients via telephone, email and in person.
  • O365 mailbox and/or Active Directory account administration.
  • Ensuring all time spent on client activity is captured accurately.
  • With each incident you’ll be assessing urgency, investigating and diagnosing, tracking, escalating when required, and all associated documentation.
  • Fostering and maintaining excellent internal and external relationships.
  • Proactively and positively contributing to the team culture.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate a high level of drive, motivation, adaptability and agility. You will have a technical / IT qualification and at least 1-2 years of similar experience (ideally with a MSP company), however this must be in balance with your soft skills, and your ability to communicate with a wide variety of customers. An unwavering desire to provide exceptional service and the business sense to identify up-sell opportunities is required.
