Our client is a leading wholesaler throughout New Zealand and Australia. With modern offices, an enviable and evolving workplace culture, and operating in a growth sector, this role is an outstanding opportunity for a professional and collaborative Business Systems Analyst to join an already successful company that is focussed on taking their business to the next level. The role is best suited to an up and comer who is full of energy, proactive, and has a complimentary mix of real world experience and pure BA skills.
What would I be doing?
This varied role will draw on your technical and general business analysis skills. On a daily basis you will be working with senior management, stakeholders and departmental SME’s to identify and triage issues and improvement opportunities within the business. You will be a skilled communicator and problem solver, who is much more than just an order taker. This role requires someone who is confident with workflows, process mapping and wireframing.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role candidates must have:
- At least 5 years of commercial experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- ERP improvement and support experience - being the gatekeeper between users and the dev team by triaging and prioritising issues and user requests
- Skills in SQL, business process mapping and workflows
- A professional, polished approach
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Confidence to really get amongst the business and play a leading part in business and system improvement
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and have worked previously in franchise or multi-business environments
