Nurse Maude is a significant contributor to the New Zealand health sector. Having been through a journey of digital transformation, Nurse Maude now hosts an established suite of cloud-based platforms that allow them to provide nursing and homecare services across greater geographic areas with the skill, compassion and commitment they are renowned for.
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Product Manager to help Nurse Maude support their business-critical CRM platform, working broadly across the business, understanding stakeholder roles, challenges and pain points, identifying and delivering on areas of improvement and ensuring efficiencies are gained and operational performance is maintained.
Due to Nurse Maude's national presence, we are open to where the successful candidate is located. There are opportunities for this person to be based in Christchurch, Nelson or Wellington, with work from home also being considered.
What would I be doing?
You will be working within the business to set the strategic direction of the CRM solution, managing teams and resources to enable continuous improvement and ensure the solution is well supported and operationally stable.
By working with various business areas and key stakeholders, you will seek to understand the operational processes and interactions that underpin the CRM and oversee the pipeline of incoming change requests, bug fixes and investigative pieces.
Finally, you will be managing the delivery of CRM specific projects, by working with a dedicated team that will be made up of internal resources and external vendors in order to deliver change that enhances workplace productivity and improves the delivery of community healthcare services. In addition, you will also have access to similar resources to successfully manage future upgrades, internal release management and other deployments that are required.
What do I need?
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in the enterprise CRM space, and exposure to Project, Release and Change Management. You will demonstrate a real passion for people, community and services that better the lives of everyday New Zealanders. While a background in health would be highly desirable, this is not essential. To be considered for these roles, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- A proven background in Business Analysis with strong desire to deliver workable solutions that only add value
- A real drive to reduce waste, increase efficiencies and build confidence with user communities
- A ‘system thinking’ mindset but the ability to work and think broadly across the business
- A collaborative, consultative approach, able to build trust and rapport with a range of internal stakeholders
