What you will do:
Assigned to a project team you will primarily be responsible for providing high-quality agile guidance and support. You will champion agile principles and values and ensure that your team works to and improves agreed processes and practices.

Specific responsibilities will include:
  • Facilitating sprint planning, demo and retrospective meetings.
  • Facilitating the daily stand up and guiding the team to meet consensus
  • Working closely with the Product Owner and Development team to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Assisting the Product Owner to maintain the product backlog
  • Encouraging organisation wide agile delivery collaboration and alignment
  • Liaise with other Business Analysts and assist with requirements and definitions to establish clear user stories
  • Maintain relationships across the project team and with any vendors
Skills and experience we are looking for:
Our client looks for inclusive and collaborative team players who are great communicators and who possess a strong focus on customer delivery. For this role extensive experience in Scrum, Kanban or other Agile methodologies are an absolute must. Also required is:
  • A relevant tertiary degree or the equivalent in experience
  • The ability to motivate agile teams in delivery of customer enhancing outcomes while meeting time, scope and financial goals
  • The ability to analyse, apply critical thinking, think quickly and to resolve conflict.
  • The ability to work fast while maintaining effective communication, cohesiveness and delivery.
