We’re looking to add to our team a Technical Support Specialist, who will be providing support for our partner clients, ensuring the digital solutions we deliver are up to date, stable, accessible and secure. At Meta Digital, our expertise is in ensuring the best outcome for our clients through custom website design and development, and you’ll be key to supporting this.
What you will do:
Our Technical Support Specialist can expect to be working alongside an enthusiastic team of digital designers and web developers, with a focus on supporting client websites across a number of key areas.
As a key point of contact for our clients, your day to day will include managing a ticketing system of support requests, resolving technical issues as they arise, while also completing routine procedural updates to client websites that keep all of our solutions up to date and secure.
This is a really important role that ensures our clients are receiving an exceptional support experience, and requires the need to be cool, calm, collected, with a strong procedural task focus as well as being able to switch focus between customers and support requirements.

We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist who demonstrates:
- A real love of customer service and support
- The ability to prioritise and juggle conflicting requests for your time, and remain calm under pressure
- The ability to pivot between reactive and proactive work
- An open, proactive communication style
- Experience in a web design/development environment would be a huge bonus
- A positive, collaborative approach, with team at the centre of everything you do
