What you will do:
This role will provide you with a variety of responsibilities and exciting challenges. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Supporting a significant project implementing a generational upgrade to a core ERP system.
- Aligning to the established change management strategy, ensuring coordination with the Programme streams of work.
- Working with the programme and project teams, and stakeholders across the business to plan and execute change management and communication activities to support substantial technology, process, and behavioural change impact.
- Facilitation and support of Business Process Owners, providing change leadership, ensuring adequate involvement and informed decision making within a practical structure.
To be consider for this role you will be an experienced Change Manager with the following skills:
- Change Management qualifications.
- 5+ years of commercial experience, and exposure to enterprise environments.
- Experience developing and delivering effective communication and change plans.
- Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
